reStructuredText - “Back to Top” Link

Put the following line at the beginning of your rst document.

.. _top:

And link to the top as follows:

`back to top <#top>`_

Scroll down and click the “Back to Top” link below to see the result yourself. The idea of this trick comes from [1] and [3].

Tested on: Ubuntu Linux 16.10, Python 2.7.12+.
