Show argmax/argmin in LaTeX on Blog

This deserves a single post. I asked my senior classmate, parity. He gave me a really cool solution. Here is the cool solution. Just type:

\mathop{{\arg\max}\vphantom{\sim}}\limits_{\displaystyle _{\mathbf C}} ...

The result:

It's just like magic! Hope this helps those who have the same question/problem as me!
